In alignment with our May theme, Planting Seeds of Transformation, the intention behind this experience is to support the body and mind in settling into a space where a sense of possibility, openness, and inner steadiness prepare the ground for the seeds of transformation to naturally emerge.
Jessica will also be incorporating a short, heart-focused coherence practice, inspired by the HeartMath Institute, inviting participants to bring awareness to the heart while connecting with a memory or feeling of love, joy, gratitude, or peace. This creates a tangible entry point into the experience of growth… not as something we think about, but something we begin to feel within the body.
Meet Jessica Arnatt
As an experienced Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl sound practitioner, Jessica began her passionate journey into sound healing in 2014. Through strong mentorship and regular practice, she has gained a profound understanding of how powerful sound healing can be, when combined with intention, to raise our vibration for a healthier state in the body, mind and spirit.
