We are looking for a friendly, organized, and community-minded volunteer to coordinate our popular Seniors' Luncheon Program.

Held on the third Saturday of each month (excluding August and December), this program brings local seniors together for an affordable meal and to make community connections. The role requires approximately 5 hours per month, including 3 hours on-site (10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and about 2 hours of flexible administrative work from home.

It’s our Community Clean-up today! Bring your old metal & electronics for recycling & other stuf for the trash compactors! We’re in our hall parking lot until 2 pm.

We couldn’t get a donation truck to come, so we have a free pile. Come check it out. It will all go in the compactors at the end of the event.

Annual Community Clean-Up:

Saturday June 27, from 9 am to 2 pm at our hall parking lot.

We’ll be accepting:
- items for donation & re-use, such as gently used clothing & household goods,
- metal recycling - bring in your old BBQ, lamps, metal bed frames, etc!
- electronics recycling -- this is also a potential fundraiser for HPCA, as we earn funds for the electronics we collect for recycling -- so bring everything you've been saving!
- and almost everything else can go in the trash compactor: old beds, broken furniture, & other junk you may have collected

The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson (WLSL) is a global initiative focused on basic swimming/lifesaving skills and water safety.
It takes place on June 25, 2026 at facilities all over the world, and is a great way to kick off summer and showcase the importance of swimming lessons.
It is open to all participants 3 years of age and older.
