قتل ثلاثة أشخاص وأصيب أربعة آخرون، جراء إطلاق نار اندلع عقب شجار داخل ناد ليلي في مدينة ديترويت الأميركية، وفقًا لما أفادت به وكالة "أسوشيتد برس" نقلًا عن مسؤولين محليين.
وقال قائد شرطة ديترويت تود بيتيسون، في مؤتمر صحافي، إن عناصر الشرطة عثروا على ثلاثة رجال مصابين بطلقات نارية قاتلة، لدى وصولهم إلى موقع الحادث في شارع يغلب عليه الطابع السكني.
ونُقل أربعة مصابين آخرين، بينهم رجلان وامرأتان، إلى مستشفيات في المنطقة بواسطة سيارات خاصة، فيما يُعتقد أن جميع الضحايا في العشرينيات والثلاثينيات من أعمارهم، بحسب بيتيسون.
وأوضح قائد الشرطة أن الحادث بدأ بـ"شجار ومشادة كلامية"، ثم تطوّر إلى استخدام السلاح الناري.
وأشار بيتيسون إلى أن الموقع ليس جديدا على شرطة ديترويت، موضحًا أنّ الأجهزة المختصة تلقت سبع بلاغات من العنوان نفسه منذ بداية العام. وأضاف أنّ المحققين لديهم خيوط في القضية، لكنه رفض تقديم مزيد من التفاصيل بشأنها.
وأكد بيتيسون أن النادي كان يعمل بعد ساعات الإغلاق المعتادة، مضيفًا: "تخيلوا ناديًا ليليًا للتعري... سأكتفي بهذا القدر".

Three people were killed and four others were injured as a result of gunfire that broke out after a fight inside a night club in the American city of Detroit, according to what the Associated Press reported, citing local officials.
Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison said in a press conference that police officers found three men with fatal gunshot wounds when they arrived at the scene of the incident on a mostly residential street.
Four other injured people, including two men and two women, were transported to hospitals in the area by private cars, while all the victims are believed to be in their twenties and thirties, according to Bettison.
The police chief explained that the incident began with a “fight and verbal altercation,” and then developed into the use of a fi***rm.
Bettison pointed out that the site is not new to Detroit Police, explaining that the relevant agencies have received seven reports from the same address since the beginning of the year. He added that investigators have leads in the case, but he refused to provide further details about them.
Bettison confirmed that the club was operating after normal closing hours, adding: "Imagine a strip club... I'll be satisfied with that."
