Jashan is defined as the coming together of people with the purpose of celebrating. For the Alberta Punjabi Council for Arts & Education (APCAE) Jashan is our signature event through which we celebrate the vibrancy of Punjabi arts and culture. We see Bhangra as more than just a dance form, in its true form it provides us with a connection to our culture and our roots.
