Hi Parents & Friends! We are two weeks out from
our Casino date. I have 11 main spots still open between May 7 & 8 @ the Deerfoot Casino. I desperately need them filled and need help doing so! This is the only fundraiser we are doing for Auburn Bay school as it generates some serious funds for the students & teachers.
Any help is truly appreciated! I can also drive someone in the community on the Thursday evening shift! Please reach out!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

You’re invited to attend the Auburn Bay School Parent Council and Fundraising Society meeting on Thursday, February 5 at 6:00 p.m. at the school.

This meeting will focus on governance-related business. Members will be asked to consider and vote on Special Resolutions to amend and restate the bylaws of both the Council and the Society, as well as to adopt companion Policy and Procedure Manuals.

Key changes include:
Society Mandate and Organization defined
Updating the school’s name to Auburn Bay School (from Auburn Bay K-4).
Changing the school address from #950 Auburn Bay Boulevard to #7 Auburn Bay Ave SE.
Removing home addresses of founding Society members.
Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and end-of-term expectations for all board members and officers.
Updating voting and communication processes for transparency and efficiency.
Clearly outlining guidelines for advocacy and non-partisanship.

Draft documents will be available for review at the main office.

Hi Parents & Friends! If you want to plant shop this weekend - check out the Auburn Bay Plant fundraiser! Delivery is May 29 at the school.
Summer is so close!

We are selling beautiful plants to help raise money for our programs. Plants are a great way to encourage our friends to get out into the garden while supporting a healthy fundraising event. Please check our website at Growing Smiles Fundraising for more information.

Hi Auburn Bay School Parents
I’m down to the wire to fill these last Casino spots. If I can’t fulfill the volunteer spots I can’t apply for another Casino license to fundraise for the school. I need your help! Please ask family and friends if they could help on Sat or Sunday Oct 19/20 at the Deerfoot Casino. This money goes directly to Auburn Bay School.
