REMINDER – AIR CANADA PIONAIRS CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON



Share your love and joy with friends, please join us for our Christmas Luncheon.



Date: Monday – December 1st, 2025



Place: Sheraton Cavalier Hotel



Time: Doors Open at 11:30 a.m.



Menu choices: 3 course Roasted Free-Range Turkey Dinner, or a Vegetarian option.



THE COST FOR PIONAIRS MEMBERS (including spouses) is $35.00 PER PERSON. (The Board has subsidized the meal to the actual cost of $50.00, including taxes and gratuities). FOR NON-PIONAIRS MEMBERS the cost is $50.00 per person.



If you would like to attend, please e-transfer your $35.00 or $50.00 to our bank account at: [email protected] or mail your cheque for $35.00 or $50.00 (made out to Air Canada Pionairs) to our Treasurer, Rene Hale at 23 Hidden Creek Green N.W. Calgary T3A 6A5, (phone 403-852-5883). If you are sending a cheque, please send an e-mail to Rene [email protected] so she can ensure your spot.



The deadline for receipt of registration is NOV. 27th

Please advice Rene if you would like a vegetarian meal choice when you e-transfer or send your cheque.



Reminder if you wish to be a Pionairs member the fee is $20.00 per year invoiced in June 2026. So if you sign up before our Christmas Luncheon you have a membership for 8 months before you are invoiced in June 2026 (as a non-member) and you can attend our Christmas luncheon for $35.00 instead of $50.00, a saving of $15.00 which almost pays for your membership.
