On September 13, 2026 — World Sepsis Day — Tyianna Tyianna Trice shared a deeply personal story of survival, faith and the importance of sepsis awareness.

Five years ago, what began as mastitis after having her baby progressed to an abscess, then sepsis and septic shock. Tyianna survived an experience that nearly took her life, but woke up to a life that would look completely different.

She continues to share her story because awareness matters. Knowing the signs of infection and sepsis, and seeking help when something doesn’t feel right, can make a difference.

By the grace of God, Tyianna is still here. 🙏🏽❤️

And as long as she is here, she will continue sharing her story in the hope that it helps save someone else’s life.

Mother Teresa (1910–1997) was a Catholic nun who dedicated her life to helping the poor, sick, homeless, and abandoned in India.

In 1979, she received the Nobel Peace Prize for her humanitarian work.

What began as a surprise sleepover quickly became a heartwarming family gathering, as 44 family members showed up at Grandma’s house to create special memories together.

The unexpected visit left Grandma surrounded by loved ones, laughter, and moments that will be remembered for years to come.
