We are a volunteer, ad hoc group of parents whose kids go to Ramsay School. Our goal is to keep our kids learning safely and in person by providing N95 or equivalent masks for the rest of this school year to anyone who who wants them for their children, regardless of financial means. If you can donate, we need your help. Please go to https://gofund.me/fc06ebd2
$50 covers masks for one child for
the rest of the year. $100 covers masks for your child plus one other. If you can, please consider donating more than the cost of your child's masks to help another family in our community. Our goal is to make $6400. That will pay for masks for everyone at the school who wants them through June 2022. We want every Ramsay School family to know these masks are available to them. Please help spread the word by telling other parents and guardians about our project.

Why should you get N95s for your child? Most scientists around the world now agree that Covid-19 spreads in more than one way. You can catch it from infected droplets that land on people or surfaces. But you can also get it from very tiny droplets called aerosols that hang in the air and can be breathed in, especially in indoor spaces. Accordion-fold masks, also called surgical, medical, or procedural masks, are designed to block splashes, droplets, and spit. N95 masks, or respirators, also protect against aerosol transmission, which is how Covid-19 spreads. N95s work better at protecting against diseases such as Covid-19.
