Building community in Silverado! We host local events, connect residents, and advocate for neighbourhood needs. Memberships just $25/year!

Your suggestions, feedback and dedication are of utmost importance. You will have an opportunity to voice your opinions and offer ideas for community events and amenities. Household memberships are only $25 and with it comes Free entrance to many co

mmunity hosted events, discounts at the Marketplace, and a voice in the crowd we call home. We are separate from the Residents Association. Our mandate is political & community event-based, not community maintenance. Our fees are not connected. The Silverado CA was incorporated in June 2010, and we need to drastically grow our membership base in order to get the amenities we want (i.e. community centre, etc...). We also need residents to volunteer for our special events- the more manpower we have, the more community fun we can create! Email [email protected] today!

Silverado Community Rink – Volunteers Needed & Safety Notice

The Silverado Community Association is looking for volunteers to help with ongoing work at the community rink. If you’re able to spare some time, your help would make a big difference and is greatly appreciated by the entire community.

We also kindly ask all skaters to please use extra caution while on the rink. There are multiple holes on the ice that we are currently working to repair. Until repairs are completed, please skate carefully and be mindful of uneven areas.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support in keeping the Silverado rink safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you’re interested in volunteering, please comment below or reach out to the Silverado Community Association directly.

Great news, Silverado! The community rink is officially open and ready for skating fun.

A huge thank you to Somerset Lawn and Snow for doing an amazing job clearing the rink and getting it perfectly prepped for flooding — we truly appreciate your hard work and support. 👏

We’d also like to extend a big thank you to Kildares for generously sponsoring the water truck, making this season possible for our community. 💙

Somerset Lawn and Snow did an amazing job clearing out the rink to get ready for the flood; If you need snow removal services, these guys should be your first call. Amazing community support for the residents of Silverado!

The rink will be ready by next week; please remind your kids to stay off over the weekend.

🧊 Help Needed – Looking to Borrow a Snow Blower for the Rink! ❄️

Hey Silverado neighbours!
We’re planning to clear the community rink before we start flooding, but we could really use a snow blower to get the job done efficiently.

If anyone has a snow blower we could borrow for a short time, it would be a huge help and greatly appreciated by everyone excited to use the rink this season!
