I was one of the lawyers that signed my name to this complaint filed against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Since the “pandemic”, all three levels of court in the Province of Alberta have implemented policies requiring masking and vaccination (which continue to this day in Alberta despite the Alberta Government removing these requirements).

How can Albertans and Canadians expect justice when they themselves support the government narratives? We cannot. This has been evident in the myriad of decisions decided to date based on the courts taking judicial notice of various government rhetoric, including that masks stop the transmission of a virus and the c19 vaxx is “safe and effective”.

We have a very big problem as a supposedly democratic society, when our own courts have a clear bias in favour of the government.

I’m addition to adding my name to this complaint, I have filed a Charter challenge against the courts in Alberta over violating my rights and freedoms by requiring me to disclose private health information and wear a mask in Alberta courthouses. We have filed all of our evidence and are now seeking a date for my application to be heard. More information about my case can be found at www.lawyers4truth.ca.
