NorGlen Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

Norglen Rhythmic Gymnastics is a non-profit organization that has been operating in Lakeview and the surrounding area of south Calgary since 1979.

NorGlen Rhythmic Gymnastic Club provides weekly classes for children ages 3 to adult for two sessions throughout the year. Sept - Dec and Jan - Apr. Rhythmic Gymnastics combines dance, ballet, gymnastics and apperatus to music. During classes students receive instruction on body technique, apparatus handling, flexibility, coordination, balance and much more. Their hard work is then shown off at tw

o club shows that occur in Dec and May as well as a Provincial Gymnaestrada (show) held in either Edmonton, Calgary or Red Deer. Sr level gymnasts are also given the opprotunity to perform at other events outside the province including Challenge Cup in Regina, National Gymnaestrada and World Gymnaestrada. Rhythmic Gymnastics provides a fun and safe opportunity for students to contiune learning into adulthood.

NorGlen Rhythmic Gymnastics is excited to be part of Sport Calgary's All Sport One Day on June 20, 2026!

Whether your child is brand new to the sport or just wants to try something different, this is a fun, FREE opportunity to experience rhythmic gymnastics with our coaches and athletes.

📍 Be sure to select the University of Calgary location when registering
⏰ Session 1: 9:45–11:00 AM
⏰ Session 2: 11:15 AM–12:30 PM

✨ No experience required
✨ Ages 6–17
✨ Equipment provided
✨ Just come ready to move and have fun!

Spots are limited and registration is required through All Sport One Day.
