It's municipal election season in Alberta, and the people of Red Deer will also be electing a new mayor and council this month (as well as a new board of trustees for the schools).

Here at CAICA, we believe in empowering our community through civic engagement and educating them about the electoral process.

And in order to make an informed decision about the upcoming elections, we sent out invitations to many of the candidates who are running to shape our city's future.
