We are so thankful to be able to partner with . We play soccer on Saturday's, and play games on Friday's, with kids and youth from different backgrounds and many different countries! It's such a great opportunity to build relationships with and serve our local community!

ILLUMINATE SMALL GROUPS 🤎

We love having our students come to our Wednesday night small groups! Especially now we’re back in-person and open.
Our grade 6/7 girls are currently going through the series of Jesus’ 7
“I am” statements.
Last week we finished up “I am the light of the world”.

PRAYER PACKS

Because of a peak in Covid cases we can't meet in person for the next couple of weeks.

But who would have guessed - - we started thinking about prayer packs back in March but decided to postpone it to May because of other projects and are now amazed by God's timing!

We're in May now and can't think about a way to spend our time better right now.
We will be delivering these boxes with prayer activities in the next couple of weeks to our students and can connect with them despite restrictions not only via zoom, but actually through drop offs.

Pray with us that God uses these prayer activities to work in and transform students lives.

May we all not only maintain our prayer lives, but rather grow as we live life's of prayer.

We know Easter has been close to a month ago, but we just wanted to take some time thinking back to our Family Easter boxes! We were able to pack boxes for 50 families and 100 kids! What a joy it was to look at the Easter story through special videos we recorded and edited and activities for the different days of holy week!

Westside King's also put together a beautiful Maundy Thursday liturgy at home liturgy together with some recipes we helped packing and made some seals for the envolopes!

| Small groups |
We love the time we get to spend with our students online or in-person and also to look back on how much they've grown as a group and individually as Jesus followers!

Here you can see some of the grade 6-7 girls with Feline and Jess, playing some games after a Haverim Bible study about the vine and the branches last week.

Pray with us for tomorrow's in person small groups, for a time of meaningful connection. We'll be meeting with the Grade 6-7 girls, the Grade 8-9 girls and also the Grade 6-9 boys!

We're about to launch the Pais Youth Academy next Monday!!

Pray with us for God to work through the PYA, that students grow closer to him and take steps in their journeys as Jesus-followers! Pray also for creativity as we will be planning potential projects and events!

F R E S H 20/21

Training is part of being a Pais team! You start the year off with 2-3 weeks, have one week in November, a monthly training hangout with other teams and weekly video teaching.
A few weeks ago we had another training week, but this one was different. Instead of focusing on what we are doing and teaching, how we can do things differently and grow in ministry, we actually talked about how we are doing. How we can grow emotionally, physically and spiritually. How we can find rhythms of rest.

Going along with that we had a good time being outside, taking time to pray, enjoying sushi while it started to snow and probably eating too many donuts and burritos that week.

Having started back we can't wait for what God's going to do in the next couple of week.

Another week, another bonfire!
We're incredibly thankful for the opportunity and possibility to meet with our students throughout the weeks in small groups around a bonfire, on a walk or also on zoom.
Most of our small groups run in a bi-weekly rhythm of zoom and in-person bonfires.

Pray with us for good conversations, edifying studies, and forming friendships as we continue to navigate restrictions

We spent some time before Easter packing boxes and filming special Videos for the kids of our community.
