School’s almost out… which means every parent is about to ask:

“What am I supposed to do with these kids ALL DAY?!” 😅

Because suddenly you’re:
• Camp counselor
• Snack provider (every 7 minutes)
• Referee of sibling Olympics
• And somehow… still expected to work??

Well — here’s a win:

🎳 Kids Bowl Free

Yes, actually free.
Since 2007, families have been sending their kids to bowl 2 free games a day all summer.

👉 No cost
👉 Gets them out of the house
👉 Burns energy (and maybe a little chaos)

Honestly… at this point, if it buys you 90 minutes of peace and fewer snack requests, it’s basically a parenting survival tool.

Why not buy a family pass for the parents at a low price and make it a family night out!

Sign your children up for 2 free games of bowling all summer long.

For many moms and children who have survived domestic violence, safety often comes with a painful cost: isolation. Friendships are lost, support systems disappear, and stigma keeps many families silent and alone. I know this journey personally. Healing doesn’t happen all at once—it happens in small, meaningful moments of safety, connection, and renewed hope.

This idea and our non-profit was inspired by my own lived experience, as well as by a healing camp I learned about in Sweden—a camp created specifically for survivors, where families were given something rare: the chance to simply be—without fear, without judgment, and without having to explain their past. Knowing this kind of space existed, and seeing the impact it could have, stayed with me and planted the seed for what we are building here.

That is why we are creating a secret camp: a safe, confidential place where moms and their children can rest, laugh, and begin rebuilding their sense of self together. At camp, moms can connect with other women who truly understand their experiences, breaking through the isolation so many survivors face. Children get to be children again—playing freely, building confidence, and forming friendships rooted in shared understanding rather than trauma.

Our hope is that these connections continue throughout the year, with families returning each summer to reunite, reconnect, and heal together. We envision this camp as an annual gathering—a place families can count on, year after year, as they continue their healing journeys.

To make this impact even greater, every family supported through this fundraiser will be matched, allowing us to welcome twice as many moms and children into this healing experience. Your support helps turn isolation into community, fear into hope, and survival into lasting connection.
