Meet the Wolfe Pack Warriors pack, featuring board member Will Vandekraats! 🐾

When asked what inspires him most about the Wolfe Pack Warriors Foundation, Will says, "...the incredible impact this Foundation has made in our communities."

If he had to describe the Foundation’s impact in one word, it would be effective. "The WPW team pours so much heart into every organization we support. Our slogan, Give, Amplify, Connect, isn’t just a tagline; it’s truly how we operate."

One lesson Will has learnt from being part of the Foundation is that, "...there are so many good people in this world who give endless time and energy to help others."

Something you might not guess about Will? He prefers cold snow over hot sand!

Learn about AdaptAbilities' Community Connect program! 🏠💬🌞🪴

Community Connect supports adults who have completed high school in building confidence, identifying their strengths, and achieving career goals.

AdaptAbilities supports individuals in gaining employment, volunteering, and connecting with their communities.

Their daytime Community Connect program provides a meaningful community for individuals with disabilities. This program is for adults who have finished high school. This program encourages social engagement, community access, and building independence for the individuals they support.
