Members Monday Spotlight- Active Adult Centre of Mississauga
We’re highlighting the Active Adult Centre of Mississauga for a fantastic, easy‑to‑replicate workshop idea.

Foam Rolling Workshop- fun and learning for everyone!
AACM offered a free foam‑rolling session that gave members hands‑on experience with myofascial release — a simple way to improve mobility, reduce tension, and support everyday wellness.

Their instructors brought a variety of tools so participants could try techniques and learn what works best for their bodies.

This is a great example of a low‑cost, high‑impact wellness workshop
that is easy to run with basic equipment and provides practical skills members can use at home

A great example of how we learn so much from our peers across Ontario!
