White Birch Special Needs Day Program White Birch Day Program is a new place for adults with special needs to attend when they graduate from high school.

The White Birch Day Program is a unique setting for individuals with special needs to attend when they graduate high school. We are located in the Town of Palgrave which is ten minutes north of Bolton. We service the Caledon and Brampton areas with transportation provided. Our unique setting offers us plenty of activities to do in our local community. Such as nature walks,fishing,sports, volunteer

ing, etc. When inside our newly renovated classroom participants, play games, do crafts, focus on life skills, etc. We provide a fun and safe environment for all individuals with special needs.
