Last week, Bethell Hospice recognized National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, a day to honour the children who never returned home, survivors of residential schools, and their families and communities.

Staff and volunteers were invited to gather for a meaningful time of reflection, where a member of our team led a smudge ceremony and drumming ceremony with those who chose to participate.

We are grateful for the opportunity to come together, listen, reflect and continue learning as we honour the significance of this day and the message that Every Child Matters.
