Caledon Townhall Players The Caledon Townhall Players are a community theatre group located in Caledon Village, Ontario. No worries, we always welcome new members!

CTHP members are all unpaid volunteers, and are “governed” by a formal Constitution and By-laws. We have an elected executive, and members only may participate in our plays. We are a non-for-profit registered charity ( #89066 9799 RR0001). member of ACT-CO (Association of Community Theatres of Central Ontario), CTHP submits the first two plays of each year for adjudication in competition with other member theatre groups. Many CTHP actors and production staff have been nominated and have received a THEA award - recognition of which we are all extremely proud.

Join us this September for the CTHP One Act Showcase

This September CTHP will stage a One Act Play Showcase. 2-4 One Act Plays will be selected by the board of directors to be rehearsed over the summer and staged in a Showcase, for 2 weeks in the beginning of September. Each show will perform each night of our Showcase. To facilitate rehearsal time and show change over, all shows must be Black Box style theatre with minimal set and prop pieces. Set up time must be 10 minutes, and take down time must be 5 minutes. All shows will share one Showcase Stage Manager/Technician. If you have a show you are interested in directing please submit the play name and your intention to direct to Kim Blacklock by April 15. Directing for the One Act Showcase will NOT restrict you from applying to direct for the main 2026-2027 season. Shows will be considered and selected based on subject matter, length, cast size and flow/fit with the other submissions.

Interested in directing but don't have a show....no problem we can make some suggestions. Have a show but not interested in directing...no problem, email it to Kim and we will consider it and find it a director.
