Hello members,

Volunteers are urgently needed for the October long weekend (October 9 - 12) black powder shoot that your club puts on each year. We have managed to host this event so far with minimal club participation but we are at a crossroads this year. Due to illness and aging volunteers we need more participation from club members. If members do not step up to help with this important club event, it will probably mean the end of this long running event. Your help is needed. Please step up and help your club.

If you can help for an hour or two or more any day in September for set up and in October after the shoot for ending, it would be greatly appreciated and would ensure the continuation of this event. We would also like to host a BBQ for all the volunteers on Monday, the last day of the shoot.
