Hi Facebook friends, here i am in my captain uniform that I haven't worn in 25 years. I found that it had srunk a bit.

I was invited by the Saint John River society to their celebrations of restoring the old riverboat wharfs. I am the last of the river boat captains who plied the waters of the Saint John River.

I built and operated 4 riverboats.
What an adventure it was.

Thanks to the great efforts of the Saint John River society for saving these wharfs. They provide public access to the river FREE.

I was honored to be one of their guest speakers.

I was asked - when are you going to build pioneer princess 5.

Oh how i would love to do that again.I just don't have the 4 million dollars to start over again.

2023 Saturday 10 June, weather dependent, we are hosting a Burton Wharf and area clean up. We can use your assistance! Rain date is Saturday 17 June. If you have some spare time, even one hour, we would appreciate your assistance. PM if you are available.

There was a planned clean up for Saturday 11 June however the River levels are still too high so the clean up will need to be rescheduled until end June.
