Upcoming Webinar: Light Therapy for Depression

Date: November 20, 2025

Duration: 1 hour (45 min presentation + 15 min Q&A)

Join Dr. Raymond W. Lam, Professor of Psychiatry and BC Leadership Chair in Depression Research at UBC, for an engaging session on how light therapy can treat both seasonal and non-seasonal depression.

"Light therapy is inexpensive, easy to access, and comes with few side effects," says Dr. Lam. "Patients can easily use it alongside antidepressants or psychotherapy."

The session will include a live presentation and Q&A via chat. A recording will be available after the event.
