This past weekend was here in BC and I took full advantage and celebrated with all my family.
Kick started the weekend and my transition to retired momma living the cozy pet life with some snuggles with my mentor she’s mentored me all through my puppy in training days to now the life of retirement and some of the perks that come with it. Then it was off to reunite with my sister from a different mister for a pack walk and then we capped off the weekend with my biggest news yet.
I head off to my new furever home. I’m settling in quite nicely but that’s because I know them all very well. They are friends with the hooman and have been my puppy sitter throughout my entire puppy in training and momma hood journey. Its been awhile since the pitter patter of doggo footsteps have been in their home fulltime and over the last couple years with my sitting visits I’ve been working to mend their sadden hearts after their beloved (brother to the dog father himself ) crossed the rainbow bridge. I look forward to the adventures to come and thank everyone for all their support along my journey thus far.
There wont be much activity on my page anymore but I know I’ll be making cameos on my mentors page from time to time as we will still be getting together for walks and visits 🥰

Well frens, that’s a wrap or perhaps maybe a snip snip is more fitting on my momma duties.
After being a fantastic momma to 10 beautiful mini mes and one very special rainbow baby I’ve earned my retirement.
My bestest buddies and housemates made sure to join me for comfort on the drive home before I quickly don the cone of shame. Thankfully it was short lived and the hooman let me upgrade to my suit instead. Although mentioning of the cone will come back if I somehow manage to wiggle out of my suit again without even undoing any of the 30 buttons on it 😂.
If you need me I’ll be resting fireside for the next little bit while I recover and then let the transition to pet life begin!!!
Thanks to everyone that’s followed along with my journey in motherhood I’ll make sure to update on my future as I maneuver into this next stage in life 🥰

The is about to get another entry. Nightly routine is I eat my bedtime snack and then I grab foxy and have a little scritch. Well tonight the hooman pulled the ultimate foul by hiding foxy away. Now she claims it’s because he’s awaiting brain surgery due to somepawdy chewing a hole in him this morning (I plead the fifth) but thankfully I was awarded a final visit before the big procedure comes, but he ended up back on the island post scritches

Well…. It’s officially a wrap on momma duties. The post baby pre Christmas bath sealed the deal. Thanks to everypawdy that followed along and we can’t wait to see my babies around campus and maybe the trails from time to time. Now time to really catch some zzzs and get back to the sniffs and fun on the trails. Oh and baths are made easier if you jus close you’re eyes and pretend you’re somewhere else. Like maybe the beach

The final countdown is on, although the pups are 8 weeks old and technically old enough to begin their journey with their raisers they’ll stay with and co until the end of the week and head out to their people just in time for the holidays to begin their training adventures 🥰.
With them being old enough my momma duties are no longer needed so I got to head home with the hooman a bit early to be reunited with my so far I’ve been catching up on some much needed rest from a busy past couple months.
