📣 STMC Parents’ Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Executive Election

Join us on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the STMC Library-Learning Commons for the STMCPA AGM and Executive Elections for the 2026/27 school year.

This is a great opportunity to stay informed, support our school community, and get involved with the Parents’ Association.

🗳️ Important Reminders:
• In-person attendance is required to vote
• No proxy votes permitted
• Nominees must be present at the AGM to accept nominations and run for executive positions

✨ Executive Positions Open for Election:
• President / Chairperson
• Vice-President / Co-Chairperson
• Secretary
• Treasurer
