Did you know the Multifaith Wudu/Ablution rooms are getting an upgrade?

During the construction alternate spots for ablution included the bathrooms on the SE corner of AQ 3000 or just across the Multifaith courtyard and loading bay to the BLU 9000 level bathrooms.

We are excited to get this started and apologize for the inconvenience and noise during the project.

Alternate prayer spaces also include the SUB 2402 or, for those living in SFU residence, the Multifaith Space in West Tower.

Thanks!

Did you know Ramadan has ended and Eid is being celebrated all over the world?

Eid al-Fitr is the first of the two main festivals in Islam and falls on the first day of Shawwal, the tenth month of the Islamic calendar. Eid al-Fitr begins with a communal prayer and is followed by visits to relatives, giving gifts, and sharing meals, with food being a central theme. This also gives the holiday the nickname "Sweet Eid." You can see maamoul cookies pictured: some of the traditional Arabic sweets for Eid celebrations.
