Burnaby Potters' Guild The Burnaby Potters' Guild is a long established working guild of ceramic artists based in Burnaby, British Columbia.

This weekend, we also saw work from Guild member Gayle who showed off some work she created through an atmospheric firing, a ceramic technique where the kills atmosphere, rather than just the glaze, chemically alters the clay and the surface of the pottery!

In addition to being a fabulous potter, Gayle is also on the marketing committee in the guild! So you’ll see her again, helping us put together the sale in November!

One of the best parts about coming to sale is the chance to meet our guild members and their different inspirations and philosophies! For Gayla it’s all about creating beautiful functional wear, pieces that marry every day use with a feast for the eyes.
