Diagnosed through newborn screening shortly after birth, Lyvia began treatment for CF at just over two weeks old. Carolane shares her story to show how progress has transformed the lives of people living with CF and why she continues to hope for a future where children like Lyvia can live without limits.

Peer Connect is recruiting Group Facilitators to help lead welcoming, inclusive virtual conversations for people impacted by cystic fibrosis.

Working with a co-facilitator, you'll help create a space where community members can connect, share experiences, and support one another.

We're looking for people who:
• Live with cystic fibrosis
• Are a parent/guardian of someone living with CF
