AFABC Speak-Out Youth Group The Speak-Out Youth Group is a group of youth-in-care, from care, and adoptees who advocate for teen permanence and adoption!

One of the greatest strengths of the Speak-Out Group is the active role that the youth play in all of the programming and in the ex*****on of various projects. This model ensures that a credible voice on teen adoption and permanency is being heard in the greater community. This program is unique in nature and has acted as a leader for other youth-based programs. The program is run by two passionat
