Surrounded by a basketball-playing brother and a coaching father, Izzy has played the game she loves since kindergarten....

Surrounded by a basketball-playing brother and a coaching father, Izzy has played the game she loves since kindergarten. Over time, Izzy played club ball with BC SWISH and VK, and high school basketball at Heritage Woods Secondary. She currently plays basketball in Ottawa for the Carleton Ravens under the tutelage of Coach Dani Sinclair. Her experiences at all levels shaped her into someone who leads by example with an ethic of care for those around her that is exemplified by the word family. Although her individual accomplishments in basketball are important, her work as a Junior Raven coach and program leader are what makes Izzy Lloyd so excited to coach in the program in which she started.
