We are excited to announce that ESA has three executive positions open: Treasurer, Marketing and Communcations Coordinator, and Secretary (all beginner friendly roles).
Please note that only education students (either in an education minor, major, or in an education course for the term of election) are allowed to apply. 🧑🏫🧑💻
Marketing and Communications Coordinator 📸
* Work closely with the Student Outreach Coordinator to manage ESA’s social media pages (posting content, answering DMs, etc)
* Alongside ESA, plan, prepare, and post content to promote ESA and our goals
* Take photos at events (with permission of those involved) to post and advertise on social media
Treasurer 💵
* Keep a financial record of the union (money going in and coming out, how much, etc)
* Manage cheque requisition forms
* Conduct short and long-term financial planning on behalf of the union
Secretary 📓
* Maintain records of the union, including meeting minutes and the constitution
* Take notes during meetings (meeting minutes) and ensure they are uploaded both to the Discord and GoSFSS
* Distribute member lists to the SFSS every semester
* Check and respond to messages in the ESA email

If you can’t make the meeting time, then let us know and we will be sure to read your information out loud so you can still run!☺️
