Hello everyone!
This is a short email to let everyone know about a few important gala updates:

1. We are FULL- however, we will open the gala to additional guests after 8:30 PM for $35.00 per person. Please RSVP - it is first come, first serve. This admission includes music and dancing only. Please note that food is not included, and the bar will be cash only. Some tables will be removed later in the evening to create more space for dancing. Entry will be first come, first served.

2. The hotel has two levels of underground parking available. Parking in the parkade is free, and no registration is required.

3. We will be having raffle sales, a silent auction, and several items available for purchase throughout the evening — so bring some spending money! Draw times are 6:30 and 9:30pm.

We are looking forward to a fun and memorable night with everyone. Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait to celebrate together this Saturday!
