BCR Blackout had an incredible experience at the FIRST Robotics World Championships in Houston, Texas!

We competed in the Milstein Division and finished with an 8-6-0 record, an EPA of 191.4, and seeded 20th overall. We were also incredibly honoured to receive the Rising All-Star Award. 🏆

More than anything, we’re grateful for our community. This season and this trip would not have been possible without the support of our sponsors, families, mentors and volunteers. Thank you for being part of this journey and helping give our team members an experience they’ll never forget!

After a challenging first day of qualification matches at the FIRST Ontario Provincial Championship (Science Division), our team showed resilience and made a strong comeback. We finished qualifications seeded 16th and were selected to join Alliance #5 for the playoff rounds, ending the event with an 8–7 record and a high score of 690.

While the weekend came with its challenges, we’re so proud of the way our team adapted, supported one another, and kept pushing forward.
