Would you like to find out if it is something that can help your family?

As a professional Wellbeing Coach and Mother of 3 children 2 diagnosed with ADHD, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that may be getting in the way of your child achieving success. Often these challenges interfere with their quality of life and family life!

I can help

I work with you and your child to discover what is specifically getting in the way of them achieving success Personally, Academically and Socially. We co-create personally tailored systems and discover strategies to best support them! I work with your child to build the skills that will improve their quality of life.

Focus is put on their strengths to empower them to discover their best self, learn how they can effectively problem solve and succeed in all areas of their life!

SUPPORTING SOMEONE IN DESPAIR

More and more these days we might find ourselves in the presence of someone that has become in deep despair.

This can happen to anyone of us at anytime. We never know what people are living with that might be weighing them down making them feel that things are hopeless.

I have created this post for people to see the most supportive way to help someone that has expressed they feel this way.

We can be a comforting loving presence for people.

Compassion creates a safe emotional space.

What most people want is to be heard in a loving gentle space.

The first step when someone opens up is to give them space to speak with you giving them your full caring attention but not speaking much. Let them, let it out.

Do NOT try to fix or solve or give your opinion or give advice!

Words that can bring comfort...
I am here
I am listening
You matter to me
you are loved
I am here for you
I want to be here for you
I will listen if you want to talk. If you don’t want to that is ok too. I can sit with you in silence because your feelings matter and
I care 😌♥️

The power of loving presence is felt deeply and can save a life.

If you are the one in despair please reach out to someone you trust for your life matters. Support is available to help you lighten the mental load you are carrying.

Wishing you all wellbeing as you experience your life journey
