It is with love and sadness that we announce the passing of Tom on Monday, April 13, 2026 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Glenda (neé Ogle) for over 66 years. Cherished father of Pam (Dave Rayner), Lynn (Paul Easter), Teri MacDonald, and Gord (Tanya). Devoted Papa of Meaghan (Brandon), Alexa (Kyle), and Cole. Dear brother of Bill, John, and Lee. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Willis Carnegie.

Our sincere thanks to the amazing staff at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, and Post Inn Village for their exceptional care of Tom.

Visitation at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Monday, April 20 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, April 21 at 1 p.m. with a reception to follow at the Navy Club, 2444 Industrial St #5, Burlington. A Livestream link will be provided below. Private interment in Port Perry at a later date.
