There was discussion at the last council meeting about members being frustrated with how they are being treated if they have a disability for attendance management and subsequent requests for medical. Please fill out Rav's request for additional information to help support change in the barriers our members face. It is possible to make system changes collectively. This is being collected before AMPA, which is another avenue to share among colleagues' initiatives to help our members with disability concerns.
