This year the Trent Lakes Christmas Hamper Fund supported 24 families in our Municipality.

This was only made possible by the volunteers of the Trent Lakes Hamper Committee, establishments that provided drop off locations, and individuals who provided items, monetary donations and their time. Each year we get to see how amazing this community is. ❤️

Happy holidays everyone! ❄️

Winter is coming! ❄️

Winter storms can bring heavy snow and ice, making roads dangerous and causing power outages.

Stay safe during winter storms by winterizing your home and updating your emergency preparedness kit for the season.

It's important to check on vulnerable people, including older family members, neighbours and friends, especially if they are ill or have a disability. Provide supplies to keep them warm and comfortable if you are able.
