🧗 Abseiling and Leadership Activity 🌟
On October 10, cadets took part in a special team-building activity that focused on leadership, communication, and teamwork. Through a series of challenges, they learned the importance of working together, supporting one another, and developing confidence as leaders.

To finish the day on an exciting note, the cadets had the opportunity to conquer their fears and put their courage to the test by abseiling down a tower. It was a fun and memorable experience that helped build resilience, trust, and leadership skills.

The Change of Command Parade on September 25th marked a proud moment for the squadron as WO1 Andy Chang passed leadership to WO1 Alessandro Benedetti. The event honoured the outgoing cadet commander as well as the prospect of a new era. We congratulate WO1 Benedetti on their well-earned appointment and acknowledge the leadership and commitment that brought them this honour. The promotion of more than 100 cadets, a testimonial to their dedication, development, and diligence, made the occasion even more memorable. We appreciate your outstanding service and long-lasting contribution to the squadron, WO1 Andy Chang. Your influence will be felt for many years to come.
