Our team of EFP Technicians from across Alberta are here to help! Get to know Parteek, who is based in Fairview AB!

"Hi, I’m an Extension Coordinator at PCBFA and also work as an EFP Technician.
I work with producers across the Peace Region, helping them go through their Environmental Farm Plans and making the process easier and more practical.
For me, EFP is not only about the certificate, it’s a chance to reflect on what’s happening on the farm and think about what can be improved.
I enjoy the conversations during this process. Every farm is different, and I believe you can learn something from everyone.
Some parts really stand out to me, like environmental emergency planning and soil management, where producers often find practical things they can start working on right away.
Since moving to Canada, I’ve learned a lot, especially here in the Peace Region, where many producers are already doing their best to protect their soil and environment."
