What a night 💙✨

This year at Night to Shine, we had 20 incredible VIP guests, supported by over 35 amazing volunteers and surrounded by loved ones cheering them on every step of the way.

The room was filled with joy, dignity, laughter, and pure celebration. And honestly, we walked away just as blessed, if not more, than our guests.

It is such a privilege to celebrate and honour these precious friends. 💫

Thank you again to all who participated, and we look forward to seeing you all next year 🤩

We know many of you have been looking forward to the Street Store on September 20th. While we won’t be hosting it on that date, we want to share some exciting news: we’re in the middle of building something even better!

Right now, construction is happening at the Brooks Church of God as they build the space for the sanctuary and the MyCityCare Store, and in the process, it has placed some of our planning on pause. But this pause has given us the opportunity to dream bigger for MyCityCare.

Instead of just one busy day, we’re working hard to create a Street Store space where families can book appointments. This will make the experience more personal, less rushed, and much less chaotic—because dignity, care, and connection are at the heart of what we do.

We’re so grateful for your patience as we get the store ready to welcome clients in this new way. This isn’t a step back—it’s a step toward a more meaningful and empowering experience for every person we serve.

Listen to this: We are working hard to make sure that you get an enjoyable shopping experience. No crowds, no showing up an hour early, just a set amount of time for you and your family and (maybe a couple others) to look through the store and find what you need.

We know you love coming to the Street Stores & these events are valuable to you...that's why we want to offer appointment times. Just for you!

Here's the deal - we need donations to fill our racks & tables again! The MYCITYCARE bin outside of the Church of God is open for drop-offs anytime!

We are in the process of getting set up and ready... so hold tight!
