Dragon Boat Team SOS Team SOS is made up of breast cancer survivors and our supporters. We paddle on Shortts Lake in Brookfield, NS for fun, fellowship and fitness.

What a day! Big cheers to all the paddlers at today’s Race on the River in New Glasgow. Team SOS won two of our three races and then teamed up with other survivors from Breasts Ahoy from Saint John for the Breast Cancer Survivor Races.

Big thanks to the organizers and volunteers of the event. It is such a well run event!

Wow! What a great Canada Day with the Shortt’s Lake Boat Parade. The weather was great (a little windy) but we held our own were a big hit on the lake. Lots of residents shared pictures of us in the boat.

I hope we can do this again next year!
