Dances are the first Friday monthly at the BAICC, with some changes due to holidays and arena availability. Alvinston Optimist Youth dances are for youth grades 4 to 8. Parents must come in to register their child with signed permission to attend the dances. Parents only have to do this for the first dance their child attends for the dance year. The dances will run from 7pm-10pm. Once a youth is i

n they may not leave until 10pm without a parent coming in to get them. The cost for each dance is $5 and each youth is given a ticket for one free item from the canteen. Canteen items are $1. All coats and backpacks must be left in the cloak room. Please do not bring valuables to the dances as we take no responsibility for lost or stolen items. A full list of rules and policies at the dance are on our Covenant that we ask students and parents to sign. Dances are held at the Brooke Alvinston Inwood Community Center Complex, located at 3310 Walnut St. Dance dates for 2022: May 6th & June 3rd
