Brighton Against Downtown Gas Station - BADGaS A committee of Brighton residents devoted to fighting the ill-considered By-Law amendment allowing a Gas Station in the Brighton Downtown.

This is not a debate site. The site is dedicated to raising funds for appeals being put forth because of a council decision that hundreds of Brighton residents find regressive. Comments in support of the decision will be deleted. Debate on the pros and cons of the Mac’s proposal is over, Council has made its decision. A final decision will now rest in the hands of th

e Ontario Municipal Board. For hundreds of Brighton residents the decision does nothing to advance community quality of life and in fact is seen as traffic safety and traffic congestion issues. This site is dedicated to them.
