Cadet Engagement Day – Part 2 🚒⚓🩺
Last Monday, our cadets had the opportunity to hear from Military Firefighters, a Combat Medic, and a Naval Intelligence Officer about what their jobs are really like in the CAF. From hands-on equipment and a firetruck demo (yes, the water cannons were as cool as you’d expect) to learning real-world first aid strategies used in the field, every presentation brought something new and exciting.
Cadets got a deeper look into the wide range of career paths available and asked some great questions along the way. The Naval Intelligence presentation especially gave a unique perspective that a lot of us don’t usually get to see.
Overall, it was an awesome day, lots of learning, lots of engagement, and definitely some interest sparked for future careers.
