Colourized. Percy Paris Jackson was born in a farmhouse in Lucasville, Nova Scotia on December 19th, 1926. He idolized his brother “Buster” who was seven years older than him and had joined the army and went overseas.

Percy attempted to join up at 14 and was rejected as he was underage. He tried against 16 and was successful. He journeyed overseas and was stationed overseas in Holland as part of the “North Nova Scotian Highlanders”. ……….more
