Thank you Emrick Mechanical LTD for this wonderful donation to our Sponsor A Child program and for giving back!

Giving back to the community that has supported us from day one is something that means a lot to me and everyone at Emrick Mechanical.

We’re proud to partner with the Arnold Anderson Sport Fund, an organization that helps give local kids the opportunity to participate in sports and experience everything that comes along with being part of a team.

Through our community partnership, Emrick Mechanical was able to raise $600 for the fund.

As a local business owner, coach, and parent, I’ve seen firsthand how much sports can impact a young person — building confidence, friendships, teamwork and memories that can last a lifetime.

We’re proud to do our small part and support an organization that helps make those opportunities possible for more kids in our community.

A big thank you to everyone who helped us raise the $600. We’re looking forward to continuing to support our community however we can.

The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre is offering a new Adapted Aquatics program for those ages 3 to 16. This program is an adapted swimming program for individuals with disabilities who have little to no swimming experience. Certified Aquatic Swim Instructors will provide supportive, specialized instruction in the water for up to two participants, per program. Lessons run Saturdays from October 17 to December 5, 2026. Each 30-minute session are offered at 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm and cost $64.82 per person. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at www.Brantford.ca/ACTIVEnet.

We are super excited to be hosting our 20th Annual Arnold Anderson Sport Fund Charity Golf Classic once again!
This year marks 2 decades of community support and involvement that has allowed us to sponsor over 6500 youth in our area at a cost of $1.6 million. We need YOUR HELP to continue providing sports grants to underserved youth with the cost of registration fees.

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!
Come on out to Giant Tiger Brantford at 82 King George Road today from 11am to 2 pm for a community BBQ and fun family activities and a BOUNCY CASTLE!!! All proceeds from the BBQ will go directly to our SPONSOR A CHILD program that funds low-income children to play sports. Together, we can ensure there will always be SPORTS FOR ALL KIDS!
