To all our Alumni:

We understand our FB page does not allow for individual members to add posts in the same way as pages for other groups that you may be a part of. While investigating this issue we have developed a work-around that will enable members to create posts that can then be shared by Admins to the main page for the group.

Step 1: On the Alumni page select the “Mentions” tab from the subheadings menu.

Step 2: A dialog box will be displayed with the message “Write something to St. John's Drum Corps Alumni”

Step 3: Use this space to share items of interest as they relate to the entire St. John's Drum Corps organization and your drum corps experience(s).

Admins will be notified when you've posted a message and can then 'share' the message to the main page where it can be viewed, reacted to and commented on.

Note that any unrelated material or offensive language or posts will be deleted and may result in the user(s) being blocked from this page.

Please advise via messenger if you have any questions.
