Kayanase Kayanase is a greenhouse and ecological restoration company specializing in native species plants.

Kayanase is an ecological restoration and native plant and seed business based on the Six Nations Reserve near Brantford, Ontario. Our organization is about restoring Mother Earth holistically, through the collection of native seeds, to seed processing, seed propagation, planting, monitoring and eventually back to healthful biodiversity! We are dedicated to improving the health of Mother Earth using science-based approaches and Traditional Ecological knowledge.

Kayanase Greenhouse is now officially open for the season! 🌿🌸

Thank you to everyone who joined us on May 23 for our opening day and Community Awareness Month event. We look forward to welcoming the community throughout the season!

Greenhouse Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Sundays: Closed

Stop by to shop a variety of plants, flowers, and gardening items.

The Longhouse will be open for walk-through tours.
The greenhouse will not be open for sales yet, but will be open for walk-throughs.

The City of Brantford, the County of Brant, and Six Nations of the Grand River will co-host Doors Open Along the Grand
Every year, visitors to Doors Open events gain free access to buildings and spaces that are normally closed to the public or that normally charge admission. This year, the participating sites will include:
