RPlaces Transition Centre

RPlaces Transition Centre Rplaces is a non-profit grassroot initiative. Our mission is to get people where they want to be! We fill a service gap that exists in our circle of care.

We serve individuals from all walks of life that require help navigating through the complex system. Beginning with an intake, we can explore the goals that they would like to achieve, and assist them in doing so. We can help by: assisting and supporting them to achieve their goals, assisting navigation through the system, referrals to other services, check-ins, and by offering relevant and free c

ourses that benefit them. We don't want individuals to be defined by addiction, mental health and concurrent disorders. RPlaces goal is to help each person get to where they need to be. Why We Do What We Do ......

We believe it works! Some of us are survivors of addiction and concurrent disorders. We found there were things missing in our lives: confiences, a sense of fulfillment, and the will to move forward in a positive direction while overcoming stigma. We needed something to put us on the right direction to succeed in our recovery and we built this agency to meet those needs. When you're just starting the recovery process, it can be a difficult time; it is so easy to fall back into old patterns. For those with the will power and commitment to complete our program, we see very positive results. When you get a second change at life, the feeling of bieng able to hold your head up with confidence and pride is hard to describe. You can see and feel the happiness it creates. That is why we strated this agency.....

Because We Believe!

Staff, returning Students, and Students that completed their placements last year. Thank you for being part of the RPlaces family! :)

We appreciate and love students of past and present for their role here at RPlaces Transition Centre helping with the services and programming we provide for Brantford, Brant, and the surrounding areas. We couldn't do this without students! Students also need the real world experience we provide in-person and virtually for their placement hours and experience for future employment prospects in life. Thank you to the Colleges and Universities of the past, present, and the future for referring your student placements to RPlaces Transition Centre!
