Margot's Place Margot’s Place is a non-profit organization providing support services to young moms in Brantford.

Margot’s Place recognizes that many young women in the Brantford-Brant community experience significant challenges during their pregnancy and parenting journey. We believe it is vital for young parents to receive support from other parents and to feel connected to their community. We strive to create an inclusive and safe space where young moms can:
• SUPPORT one another
• CONNECT with their

community
• GROW and learn as they develop new skills
• DREAM about the life they want for themselves and their children
• Be EMPOWERED as they set a plan for achieving their life goals

Young parents who are in school or seeking employment are welcome at Homeroom!

This weekly program provides quiet study time, as well as childminding for infants and toddlers. Parents can use this time for school work, post-secondary applications, job applications, training and upgrading, and more!

Margot's Place is accepting donations of new, packaged, non-perishable snacks and beverages. Donated items will support young parents and their children in the Brantford community.

Suggested items:
- Packaged crackers, cookies, applesauce, cereal and granola bars.
- Juice boxes and pouches, and shelf-stable milk cartons.

Grand Erie Public Health offers prenatal and postnatal programs at Margot's Place every Wednesday! Great incentives available for those who participate: grocery gift cards, bus passes and fresh grocery items to go. Learn about pregnancy, labour and delivery, feeding your baby, and more!
Open to pregnant people and new parents (infants 0-6 months).
Postnatal - 3:45pm-4:30pm
Prenatal - 4:45pm-5:30pm.

This 8 week program focuses on secure parent-child relationships. Help your child feel safe, regulate their emotions, and build their self-esteem.
