Join us as we ask Grandmother Moon to guide us through our troubles, worries and fears, while releasing anger, shame and negative thoughts in a healthy way.

What if you slowed down, quieted your mind, and let nature speak?

Join Forest Therapy Guide Denise Weir for a gentle 4 km walk along the Assiniboine, where we’ll pause, listen, explore and connect with the natural world around us. Through guided prompts, moments of silence and opportunities to share, you’ll experience the landscape in a whole new way.

🌳 A leisurely forest bathing experience
👣 A gentle 4 km walk to Shunkawakan Onazin Protected Area
🍃 Time to slow down and reconnect with nature

Come to join in on all the fun!

This Saturday, August 29th, we will be giving Trishaw rides to seniors, those with mobility issues and anyone keen to have a little spin on our amazing mobility Trishaw.

There's room for two and tons of fun to be had! Rides go from 9am to 12pm. Meet in front of the Discovery Centre to go for a ride -- first come, first served!

Whether you want to join us on the water or on land, there will be something for everyone. Enjoy workshops and activities from Paddle Bros Brandon Western Manitoba Kayakers, Brandon General Museum and Archives, Voyageur Boat Rides with Riversong Wilderness Outfitters and a presentation from the talented paddler Mick Lautt about his packraft expedition in Iceland! 🛶🌳
